Monday Morning 9:15 - 10:15 : Gentle Vinyasa Flow (suitable for beginners) 

Monday 1-2pm : Vinyasa Flow - knowledge of sun salutes advisable

Tuesday Morning 9:15- 10:15am : Vinyasa Flow

Wednesday Morning 9:15 - 10:15am - Vinyasa Flow

Wednesday Morning 10:30 - 11:15 am - HIIT Yoga

Fridays 9:15 - 10:15 Slow Stretch/Gentle Vinyasa Flow

Fridays 10:30 - 11:30 Vinyasa Flow

PENN STREET VILLAGE HALL (Please bring a mat)

Wednesday Evening Vinyasa Flow 8:15 - 9:15pm 

Friday afternoon Power Flow 1:30 -2:30pm - Intermediate (Must have been practising yoga for at least 6 months)
